Our Policies
Booking
Bookings are not confirmed until a 30 percent deposit is received and a confirmation email has been sent out. Submitting this form does not confirm your booking.
Cancellations
Cancel within 3 days of your session without rescheduling, and you will receive 10 percent of your deposit back.
Cancel on the day of without rescheduling, and you lose your 100 percent of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
All bookings include a 20 minute grace period. A $25.00 fee will be charged to the remaining balance after the grace period. Without proper communication, sessions are subject to cancellation without refund.
